2026 CES LCD の洞察: 変化する潮流に合わせてビジネス戦略を調整する

The 2026 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026) was held in Las Vegas, USA. Global leading panel manufacturers including BOE, AUO,TCL CSOT, HKC, Tianma, Innolux, Visionox, LG Display (LGD), and Samsung Display gathered to showcase their latest display technologies and products. Among them, automotive displays became a core focus area, with Micro LED and OLED technologies leading innovations across all scenarios.

I. Panel Manufacturers Focus Heavily on Automotive Display Sector

At CES 2026, automotive displays emerged as a key competitive focus for panel manufacturers. OLED technology has become the mainstream choice due to its advantages of thinness, flexibility, and high image quality, with various enterprises launching customized solutions.

BOE globally debuted the "HERO 2.0 Smart Cockpit", featuring core products such as a 50,000nits ultra-high brightness Micro LED PHUD (Panoramic Head-Up Display) with 98% recognition rate for AI voice/gesture control, and a 15.6-inch automotive-grade UB Cell central control screen. In the ADS Pro field, it launched UB Cell dual-screen and BD Cell dual-layer LCD solutions, balancing high contrast and low power consumption. In the Flexible-OLED sector, it premiered the full-vehicle OLED smart cockpit solution, including a 17-inch rollable terminal (switchable from 9.5-inch tablet form to 17-inch large screen).

Tianma focused on showcasing its new-generation smart cockpit. The 49.6-inch panoramic immersive "Tianxuan" screen achieves integrated integration of multiple modules through a 1.25-meter C-shaped curved surface, seamlessly fitting the windshield with Corning cold-formed cover glass. The 43.7-inch IRIS PHUD+ panoramic information display integration technology has a local peak brightness of 10,000nits, and ultra-low reflectivity enhances safety performance.

TCL CSOT exhibited the HVA Ultra P-HUD cockpit display product, consisting of three LCD screens forming a projection system with a brightness of 11,000 nits, capable of projecting speed, navigation and other information. The world's first inkjet-printed OLED automotive display (28-inch) supports sliding extension from 16-inch to 28-inch, with over 100,000 scrolling operations. HKC displayed a 12.3-inch RGB-Mini LED automotive screen, with 2400 lamp beads enabling independent RGB control, supporting NTSC >120% color gamut and dynamic backlight adjustment.

Visionox, in collaboration with Corning, launched a flexible AMOLED dual-panel dynamic bending solution that can be bent and stored when not in use.

AUO Smart Mobility exhibited the Aero Module transparent Micro LED module and DriverAware HUD and other products.

Innolux launched an ultra-high brightness Micro LED HUD (direct display brightness 50,000 nits) and Micro LED invisible display.

Samsung Display exhibited an 18.1-inch "Flexible L-shaped" central display and OLED smart taillights.

LGD brought a 33-inch expandable front dashboard OLED screen (curled and hidden with 30R curvature) and a 51-inch P2P OLED full screen.

Everdisplay's 15.1-inch flagship OLED screen has a peak brightness of 12,000nits, solving the display pain point in strong light scenarios.

II. Full Coverage of Multiple Sizes, Micro LED and OLED Technologies Advance Side by Side

In addition to the automotive field, panel manufacturers continue to make breakthroughs in full scenarios such as large-size TVs, small and medium-sized laptops/tablets, and wearable devices, with Micro LED and OLED as the core technical directions.

BOE exhibited the first COG glass-based P0.9 Micro LED all-in-one machine and the BYH Ultra P0.9 flagship product, both with ultra-high contrast and wide color gamut.

Tianma globally launched the 108-inch seamless splicing Micro-LED giant screen, with a peak brightness of 1500nits and a splicing gap width <20μm; the 27-inch QHD 610Hz oxide display achieves 1ms ultra-fast response, in addition, with a 1200:1 contrast ratio and 1001-P3 wide color gamut, it accurately reproduces the colors of the picture.

TCL CSOT's 98-inch HVA Ultra TV screen is equipped with a self-developed OC algorithm, with BT2020 coverage >96% and 18,000+ backlight zones; the world's first narrow-bezel OLED medium-sized screen with multi-frequency refresh (13.2-inch) has a screen ratio of 96%, and 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate saves 15%-25% power consumption.

HKC's HKC M10 Ultra monitor (31.4-inch) supports 4K 165Hz/FHD 330Hz dual-mode switching, covers four major color gamuts, and has a peak brightness of 1600nits.

Visionox launched an anti-glare AMOLED laptop solution and exhibited the fourth-generation pTSF OLED material (mass-produced and commercialized, power consumption reduced by 12%+, lifespan increased by 15%+).

AUO, in collaboration with Garmin, released the world's first Micro LED smart watch fēnix 8 Pro Micro LED (over 400,000 lamp beads, brightness 4500 nits), and launched a number of Micro LED products such as the 64-inch Sports AR Solution in the commercial field.

Innolux displayed the "Next-Generation Micro LED Display Window" and a 65-inch multi-user naked-eye 3D monitor.

Samsung Display's new-generation foldable panel has a 20% reduction in crease depth, launching the "AI OLED Pendant" wearable product and the "AI OLED Bot" robot.

LGD released an 83-inch tandem WOLED TV panel (peak brightness 4500 nits), the world's first 27-inch 4K 240Hz OLED monitor, and a 39-inch 5K2K gaming OLED monitor.

Everdisplay launched 14-inch 2.8K 240Hz and 15.3-inch 2.5K 240Hz OLED laptop screens, as well as a 12.2-inch flexible LTPO stacked OLED tablet screen (1-144Hz dynamic refresh rate).
